A sanctuary for healing, self-discovery, and soulful transformation.
At CAYA Holistic Healing, we believe that true wellness begins with presence - allowing yourself to simply be. Founded with the intention of guiding others back home to themselves, CAYA Holistic Healing weaves together energy work, sound therapy, mindfulness, and soulful community experiences to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Through reiki, mindful practices, and heart-centered connection, you're invited to return home to yourself- balanced, grounded, and renewed.
Each offering is designed to support your mind, body, and spirit through every season of your journey. You're invited to reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves, and realign with your natural flow of energy and peace.
Our Story & Mission
CAYA Holistic Healing was born from a vision ~ and a whisper in meditation ~ to create a space where you are welcome to come as you are. Founded by Allyson after a season of personal transformation and inspired by her late aunt's legacy of unconditional love, acceptance and authentic presence, CAYA honors authenticity, compassion, and the courage to heal.
CAYA is also a container for possibility - a home for holistic healing in all its forms. Through reiki, sound therapy, meditation, and wellness events & classes, CAYA supports you in releasing, realigning, and reconnecting with the wholeness that has always been within.
Here, healing is a journey of remembrance ~ a return to balance, peace, and presence within.

Each offering is a sacred invitation to honor your energy and remember your wholeness ~ there is a pathway waiting for you.
- Reiki Healing - 1:1 sessions and packages for realignment, clarity, and energetic transformation.
- Sound Therapy - personalized 1:1 sound healing sessions (30 or 60 minutes) to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
- Reiki + Sound - a 90-minute fusion of energy & vibration for deep, restorative healing.
- Spiritual Mentorship & Mindfulness Coaching - guidance to cultivate awareness, inner peace, and purposeful living.

- Women's Circles - monthly gatherings honoring the moon cycle, for reflection, release, and sisterhood.

CAYA Holistic Healing is approaching three incredible years of holding space for healing, reflection, and transformation. What began as a whisper - an invitation to Come As You Are - has grown into a sanctuary for connection, growth, and community.
This special evening is a Return to Wholeness, a ceremony to honor the journey, integrate lessons, release what no longer serves, and open to what's next. Guided by the grounding energy of the Full Moon in Taurus, the evening blends reflection, intention, and soulful celebration
The evening Includes:
- Guided Meditation and breathwork to center and open your heart
- Intention setting to honor your personal path
- Group Reiki for collective energetic alignment
- Reflection and guided journaling to deepen awareness
- Allyson's personal reflections and gratitude share
- A sound bath for integration and energetic restoration
- Closing circle & celebration to seal the experience

Reiki Infused Sound Bath Journey
Sunday, November 16th ~ 1:00-2:15pm ~ CAYA Holistic Healing
75-minute group experience
Join us for a deeply restorative Reiki Infused Sound Journey - a sacred 75-minute experience designed to calm your nervous system, realign your energy, and restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.
We will begin in a softly lit room, where soothing sounds invite you inward as Allyson guides you through a grounding meditation. As the sound continues to flow, Allyson moves through the room offering Reiki to each participant - gentle, intentional energy to support deep release and restoration - while Jenni continues to bathe the space in healing vibrations.
Following Reiki, Allyson and Jenni join together in playing healing instruments creating a deeply immersive soundscape that nurtures your entire being. Together, we close with a blend of sound and stillness - integrating peace, harmony, and renewal within every layer of your being.
Optional tea and conversation to follow in the lobby.
