At CAYA Holistic Healing, we believe that true wellness begins with presence - allowing yourself to simply be. Founded with the intention of guiding others back home to themselves, CAYA Holistic Healing weaves together energy work, sound therapy, mindfulness, and soulful community experiences to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Through reiki, mindful practices, and heart-centered connection, you're invited to return home to yourself- balanced, grounded, and renewed.
Each offering is designed to support your mind, body, and spirit through every season of your journey. You're invited to reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves, and realign with your natural flow of energy and peace.
Our Story & Mission
CAYA Holistic Healing was born from a vision ~ and a whisper in meditation ~ to create a space where you are welcome to come as you are. Founded by Allyson after a season of personal transformation and inspired by her late aunt's legacy of unconditional love, acceptance and authentic presence, CAYA honors authenticity, compassion, and the courage to heal.
CAYA is also a container for possibility - a home for holistic healing in all its forms. Through reiki, sound therapy, meditation, and wellness events & classes, CAYA supports you in releasing, realigning, and reconnecting with the wholeness that has always been within.
Here, healing is a journey of remembrance ~ a return to balance, peace, and presence within.

- Sound Therapy - personalized 1:1 sound healing sessions (30 or 60 minutes) to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
- Reiki + Sound - a 90-minute fusion of energy & vibration for deep, restorative healing.
- Spiritual Mentorship & Mindfulness Coaching - guidance to cultivate awareness, inner peace, and purposeful living.

Full Moon Women Circle
Thursday, December 4 | 6:00-8:30pm | CAYA Holistic Healing
Join us for an evening of reflection, stillness, and intention under the illuminating energy of the Full Moon in Gemini. This gathering offers a gentle pause from the momentum of the year - a chance to slow down, reconnect, and honor your personal journey. We will gather upstairs under the moon roof for this sacred offering.
During this circle, we will ground with a guided meditation, explore the shifts and lessons of the past year, and dive into the themes and meaning of the Gemini Full Moon. Through discussion and optional guided journaling, you'll be invited to reflect on your wins, challenges, and growth.
We will share in a heart-centered full moon ritual, experience a soothing mini sound bath to cultivate inner stillness, and set meaningful intentions for the close of this year and the beginning of the next.
This is a supportive, nurturing space for women seeking clarity, connection, and renewal.

End-of-year Reiki Infused Sound Bath

An afternoon to ground, release, and realign. As the year slowly folds into its final chapter, you're invited into a space of deep restoration and inward turning. This Reiki-infused Sound Bath blends guided meditation, intentional energy work, and immersive sound to help you settle, release, and return to yourself.
We begin by grounding the body with a gentle guided meditation, inviting your breath and awareness to soften the edges of the day. As the sounds deepen, Reiki is offered in harmony with the vibrational tones -- supporting energetic clearing, quiet renewal, and a sense of ease from the inside out.
From there, you're carried into a fully immersive sound experience, where crystal bowls, chimes, and intuitive frequencies create a cocoon of resonance - encouraging the nervous system to unwind and the mind to soften into stillness.
Optional tea and conversation to follow in the lobby.
