These events have transformed the lives of so many by creating a community where we hold space for one another and meet each other where we are at in our journey. Typically, there will be some guided meditation, group reiki, moon ritual, guided journaling, breathwork, snacks/drinks provided, (in-person only) and a small take-home gift that connects to the theme of the event. During this 30-minute session, we will spend a brief moment discussing your goal and/or intention for the session. We will begin with me guiding you through a short meditation or breathe exercise. Immediately following that, I will start the hands-on reiki. Like all my sessions, I allow the Reiki energy to be my guide and tell me what will help serve your greatest highest good in that very moment.
