Founded with the intention of guiding others back home to themselves, CAYA Holistic Healing weaves together energy work, sound therapy, mindfulness, and soulful community experiences to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Through reiki, mindful practices, and heart-centered connection, you're invited to return home to yourself- balanced, grounded, and renewed.

Our Story & Mission
CAYA Holistic Healing was born from a vision ~ and a whisper in meditation ~ to create a space where you are welcome to come as you are. Founded by Allyson after a season of personal transformation and inspired by her late aunt's legacy of unconditional love, acceptance and authentic presence, CAYA honors authenticity, compassion, and the courage to heal.
CAYA is also a container for possibility - a home for holistic healing in all its forms. Through reiki, sound therapy, meditation, and wellness events & classes, CAYA supports you in releasing, realigning, and reconnecting with the wholeness that has always been within.
Here, healing is a journey of remembrance ~ a return to balance, peace, and presence within.

- Reiki Healing - 1:1 sessions and packages for realignment, clarity, and energetic transformation.
- Sound Therapy - personalized 1:1 sound healing sessions (30 or 60 minutes) to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
- Reiki + Sound - a 90-minute fusion of energy & vibration for deep, restorative healing.
- Spiritual Mentorship & Mindfulness Coaching - guidance to cultivate awareness, inner peace, and purposeful living.
- Women's Circles - monthly gatherings honoring the moon cycle, for reflection, release, and sisterhood.

In the hush of January, beneath winter's soft blanket of introspection, a summit waits - quiet, steady, unshaken. This circle is an invitation to rise inward. To meet the parts of you that stands on her own mountain peak - clear-sighted, rooted, unhurried.
Together we will breath, participate in meditation, journal, and soften into stillness. We'll explore the mountain goat within us - the one who climbs with patience, who trusts her own footing, who knows that the path to the top begins not with force, but with awareness.
We will sit with intention like stone, place the first markers of the year ahead, and listen to the wisdom that only comes when the world - and we - become quiet.

Rooting Intention: A Reiki-Infused Sound Bath
Sunday, January 25th | 1:00-2:15pm | CAYA Holistic Healing
75-minute group experience
An invitation to consciously call in the energy of the year ahead. Through sound and reiki, we focus on creating an energetic foundation - one that supports clarity, steadiness, and intention before the year fully unfolds. Rather than rushing forward, we begin by slowing down... allowing the nervous system to soften, and the energy field to align with what you're ready to welcome in.
This experience begins by getting comfortable - feel free to bring pillows, blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, eye masks, or crystals to support deep rest. This is a time to arrive just as you are and allow yourself to be held by the space.
Jenni opens the space with sound as Allyson gently guides a grounding meditation. From there, sound continues while Allyson offers Reiki to each individual and the group as a whole. As the journey unfolds, Allyson joins Jenni in sound for a more immersive experience, allowing sound and reiki to work together intuitively. We close with a short, guided meditation and three collective Oms - sealing the energy and carrying its resonance forward into 2026.

The CAYA Sacred Gathering is a private, intentionally curated healing gathering designed to honor life’s transitions through ritual, reflection, and community. Whether celebrating a birthday or another meaningful threshold, this signature CAYA experience offers space to release what no longer serves, set intentions for what’s ahead, and feel deeply supported. Each gathering includes a custom Mandala altar, lunar insight, guided meditation, essential oil exploration, and heart-centered ceremony, with optional Reiki, sound healing, or nature-based rituals. Hosted in-studio or outdoors, The Sacred Celebration is not a party — it’s a rite of passage. Come as you are. Leave renewed.
