Our Story & Mission
CAYA Holistic Healing was born from a vision ~ and a whisper in meditation ~ to create a space where you are welcome to come as you are. Founded by Allyson after a season of personal transformation and inspired by her late aunt's legacy of unconditional love, acceptance and authentic presence, CAYA honors authenticity, compassion, and the courage to heal.
CAYA is also a container for possibility - a home for holistic healing in all its forms. Through reiki, sound therapy, meditation, and wellness events & classes, CAYA supports you in releasing, realigning, and reconnecting with the wholeness that has always been within.
Here, healing is a journey of remembrance ~ a return to balance, peace, and presence within.

Grounded & Safe is the first class in the Journey Within Series — a guided experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and reconnection to the body through the energy of the Root Chakra.
The Root Chakra is associated with safety, stability, security, and our sense of belonging. When this energy center feels imbalanced, it can show up as anxiety, overwhelm, disconnection, hypervigilance, difficulty resting, or feeling emotionally “ungrounded.”
This class offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect inward, and begin restoring a deeper sense of steadiness within yourself.
During this experience, we may explore:
• grounding practices and nervous system support
• guided meditation and breathwork
• reflective inner work and energetic awareness
• reiki-infused healing practices
• themes surrounding safety, trust, stability, and self-support
This is not about perfection or “fixing” yourself — it is about creating space to feel supported, connected, and more at home within your body.
No prior experience with reiki, meditation, or chakra work is required.

Full Moon Flow: A Floating River Sound Healing Experience
When: Sunday June 28th | 1:00-2:15PM
Where: North Branch Trails; near Wolcott Mill
Crossroads 29 mile & Kunstman rd.
Join us for a deeply restorative evening of Reiki-infused sound healing, meditation, and connection beneath the energy of the Full Moon.
Nestled along the peaceful riverbank, this unique outdoor experience invites you to fully surrender into relaxation and flow. Guests may choose to float gently on the river in their own water tube while anchored safely in place, or rest comfortably on the earth beside the water as healing frequencies wash over the body and mind.
Through crystal singing bowls, calming instruments, guided meditation, and Reiki energy healing, we will honor the illuminating energy of the Full Moon — a time of release, reflection, renewal, and emotional cleansing.
This experience is designed to help you:
• Calm the nervous system
• Release stress and energetic heaviness
• Reconnect with yourself and nature
• Restore inner balance and peace
• Open space for clarity, intention, and healing
Please bring:
• A water tube/float if you plan to float during the sound bath
• Yoga mat, blanket, or chair if staying on land
• Comfortable clothing
• Water and anything needed for comfort
• Sunscreen, and/or bug spray
• Eye mask to block light
Anchors and ropes will be provided for floating participants.

INNER CHILD UNDER THE SUMMER SKY
Healing through play, joy, safety, remembrance & New Moon renewal
Join us for a heart-opening afternoon in nature designed to reconnect you with the softness, wonder, authenticity, and joy of your inner child beneath the healing energy of the summer sky.
This women’s circle and silent reiki hike will gently guide you inward through reflection, connection, playful creativity, nervous system support, and sacred stillness in nature. Together we’ll gather in sisterhood to honor the upcoming New Moon in Cancer — a deeply nurturing lunar portal connected to emotional healing, self-acceptance, reparenting, and coming home to yourself.
Throughout our time together, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the parts of yourself longing to feel safe, seen, loved, and free.
Our afternoon will include:
- A guided women’s circle
- Inner child healing reflections
- A creative intention bracelet ritual
- A silent reiki-infused nature hike
- Riverside meditation and grounding
