Our Story & Mission
CAYA Holistic Healing was born from a vision ~ and a whisper in meditation ~ to create a space where you are welcome to come as you are. Founded by Allyson after a season of personal transformation and inspired by her late aunt's legacy of unconditional love, acceptance and authentic presence, CAYA honors authenticity, compassion, and the courage to heal.
CAYA is also a container for possibility - a home for holistic healing in all its forms. Through reiki, sound therapy, meditation, and wellness events & classes, CAYA supports you in releasing, realigning, and reconnecting with the wholeness that has always been within.
Here, healing is a journey of remembrance ~ a return to balance, peace, and presence within.

Paws and presence: A Reiki-Infused Sound Bath for You and Your dog

Some of life's most peaceful moments are the ones we share without words.
Join us for the very first Paws & Presence, a unique outdoor Reiki-Infused Sound Bath created for you and your canine companion to experience deep relaxation together.
As the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments fill the air, Reiki energy will be offered throughout the experience to encourage relaxation, energetic balance, and a sense of calm for both you and your dog. Surrounded by nature, with the flowing river nearby and the open sky above, you'll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be present.
Whether you're seeking nervous system restoration, emotional renewal, or simply a peaceful afternoon shared with your best friend, this experience offers a beautiful opportunity to reconnect—with yourself, your dog, and the healing rhythms of nature.
No previous experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is necessary. Humans are welcome with or without a dog, making this a nurturing experience for everyone.
Dogs Are Welcome Provided They:
• Remain on a standard (non-retractable) leash throughout the event.
• Are friendly with both people and other dogs.
• Are comfortable settling quietly beside their owner for the duration of the sound bath.
• Are up to date on vaccinations.
• Are supervised by their owner at all times.
• Owners agree to clean up after their dog.
• If a dog becomes disruptive, we kindly ask that the owner step away until they have settled.
Dog-friendly spaces are limited, so advance registration is encouraged if you plan to bring your canine companion.
Please Bring:
- A yoga mat or reclining chair
- Blanket and pillow
- Water for yourself
- Eye mask (optional)
- Water bowl for your dog
- A blanket or mat for your dog to relax on
- Treats or a favorite comfort item if helpful
- Anything else that will help you both feel comfortable while relaxing outdoors
