Our Story & Mission
CAYA Holistic Healing was born from a vision ~ and a whisper in meditation ~ to create a space where you are welcome to come as you are. Founded by Allyson after a season of personal transformation and inspired by her late aunt's legacy of unconditional love, acceptance and authentic presence, CAYA honors authenticity, compassion, and the courage to heal.
CAYA is also a container for possibility - a home for holistic healing in all its forms. Through reiki, sound therapy, meditation, and wellness events & classes, CAYA supports you in releasing, realigning, and reconnecting with the wholeness that has always been within.
Here, healing is a journey of remembrance ~ a return to balance, peace, and presence within.

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of guided meditation, Reiki-infused energy healing, and sound as we prepare to enter a new lunar cycle.
With the New Moon just days away, this gathering offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, release what no longer needs to be carried, and create space for what you are ready to welcome into your life.
We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation to settle the mind, ground the body, and turn your awareness inward. From there, you'll be invited to surrender into a nourishing Reiki-infused sound bath, allowing the vibrations of the instruments and the energy of Reiki to support deep relaxation and energetic renewal.
This is not about forcing intentions or figuring everything out.
It's about becoming still enough to listen.
To notice what you're ready to release.
To reconnect with what matters.
And to quietly make room for what wants to emerge in the next chapter.

Throughout life, many of us learn to wear masks.
The mask of always being strong.
The mask of having it all together.
The mask of putting everyone else first.
The mask that hides our fears, our imperfections, and the parts of ourselves we've been taught are "too much" or "not enough."
But beneath every mask is the woman you've always been.
Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon of reflection, connection, and release as we gather in a warm, intimate space beneath the energy of the Full Moon—a time of illumination, release, and transformation.
Together, we'll gently explore the stories we've carried, the expectations we've placed upon ourselves, and the shame we've absorbed along the way. Through meditation, Reiki, somatic exploration, journaling, and honest conversation, we'll create space to soften the need to hide, perform, or hold everything together—and reconnect with the wholeness that has been within us all along.
