Booking and Cancellation Policies

To honor both your time and mine, please review the following policies before booking. These policies are designed to support the integrity of my work, my time, and the energy I hold for each client. 


Booking & Deposits

All sessions and services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Standard sessions require 50% deposit 
  • Packages and programs require a set deposit based on the offering
  • Deposits must be received within 24 hours of booking
  • Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received
  • If the payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be released. 

Payment Methods

Payments are currently accepted via:

  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • CashApp
  • Cash/Check


After booking, you will be contacted to confirm your appointment and receive payment instructions based on your preferred method. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling (1:1 Sessions)

I understand that life happens, and I do my best to be flexible within reason.

  • 48 + hours' notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment
  • Less than 48 hours' notice: Deposit is forfeited
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full session cost may be charged

Packages & Programs

Packages and multi-season programs are designed to support deeper transformation and require commit

  • Payment may be paid in full or through an approved payment plan
  • All deposits are non-refundable 
  • Payment plans must be completed as agreed, regardless of attendance


Each package has a specific usage window:

  • 4-session packages must be completed within 8 weeks
  • 10-session packages must be completed within 6 months 
  • Longer programs (such as the Journey Home Series) must be completed within their designated timeframe (typically up to 10 months) 

Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the expiration period. 

Missed or Late-Cancelled Sessions (Packages & Programs)

To honor the time and energy held for each session:

  • At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a session
  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be forfeited
  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are also forfeited

All sessions within a package hold equal value and are subject to this policy. 

Payment Plans

For select packages and programs:

  • A deposit is required to begin
  • Remaining balance may be split into monthly payments (up to 4 months)
  • Payment plans are a commitment and must be completed regardless of scheduling changes

Events (Women's Circles, Sound Baths, Classes)

due to limited space and preparation involved:

  • 72+ hours notice: You will receive a credit valid for 3 months for the same event type
  • Less than 72 hours notice: No refunds or credits will be issued. 

Credits are not transferable between different event types. 

Event Pricing & Registration

Events may be offered at an early bird rate for a limited time.

  • Early bird pricing is available until the specified deadline (typically 7 days before the event)
  • After this date, standard pricing will apply
  • All registrations must be completed no later than 24 hours before the event begins.

Please Note:

  • Pricing deadlines are firm and cannot be extended
  • Discounts or previous pricing cannot be applied after the early bird period has ended

Retreat Policy

All retreat payments, including application fees, deposits, and balances, are non-refundable

Retreats require significant planning, preparation, and financial commitment in advance, including accommodations and materials. 


In the case of a true emergency, a partial credit toward a future retreat or 1:1 session may be offered at my discretion.
