The CAYA Sacred Gathering can be enhanced with optional practices depending on the tier selected, including group reiki, sound healing, or nature-based rituals. If there is a guest of honor, there is an option to add a special gift bag to bring continued support, love, and light to them after the event is done. Because this is a deeply intentional and highly curated experience, availability is limited, and 30+ days' notice is required.

Celebrate the special gust in a meaningful, heart-centered way with a curated Gift Bag of Support and Light. Each bag is thoughtfully prepared to honor their transition and journey, offering items that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Contents vary based on the guest and occasion, and may include: a mini reiki session, reiki-infused crystals, reiki-infused water, face masks, organic tea blends, palo santo, sage, affirmation cards, and other soulful surprises.

A beautiful way to extend the ceremony beyond the gathering and provide continued support, inspiration, and love for the guest of honor. Each bag is valued at $70 or more.

Who is this experience for?

The CAYA Sacred Gathering is for anyone ready to honor a meaningful transition - whether a birthday, a life milestone, or a personal threshold. It is especially designed for those seeking intention, presence, and soulful connection in a private heart-centered container.

Do I need experience with meditation, reiki, or sound healing?

No prior experience is required. All rituals, meditations, and optional energetic practices are fully guided and accessible, whether you're a first-timer or experienced in holistic practices.

Is this a spiritual or religious experience?

No. This is a spiritual and energetic experience, rooted in ritual, mindfulness, and healing and it is inclusive of all belief systems.

How many guests can attend?

Each Sacred Gathering is intentionally intimate, hosting 6-8 guests, ensuring space for meaningful connection and a well-held container.

How long is the experience

What do guests need to bring?

If choosing the Vision Board Ritual, guests bring magazines, paper, and any personal supplies they would like.
Comfortable clothing is recommended for indoor or outdoor experiences.
For outdoor events, I provide blankets for everyone to sit on, but you're welcome to bring your own and/or yoga mats, meditation pillows, lawn chairs etc.
All other materials, including meditation props, markers, scissors, glue, snacks, and water are provided.

Do I choose between the Intention Ceremony and Vision Board?

Yes. Each guest of honor chooses one foundational ritual for their gathering. This ensures there is enough time for meaningful participation in a focused, intentional way.

How far in advance should I book?

A minimum of 30 days' notice is required to allow for energetic preparation, custom mandala creation, and logistical planning.

What if some guests are new or skeptical about holistic practices?

That's perfectly okay. The Sacred Gathering is welcoming and gentle. Participation is invitational, not mandatory, and many guests leave feeling surprised by how accessible and nourishing the experience is.

What if the weather isn't ideal for an outdoor gathering?

In the event of unsafe weather, we will collaborate to reschedule or move the experience indoors (when possible).
Outdoor gatherings include water and a light snack for all participants, and location adjustments do not qualify for refunds.

Booking & Policies

Due to the custom and highly curated nature of the CAYA Sacred Gathering, the following policies apply:

Deposit & Payment

Once your gathering date is selected, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposits must be paid within 24 hours to hold your date
Dates are not reserved without a deposit
Remaining balance will be arranged through an approved payment plan
Full balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your gathering

Cancellations & Rescheduling

21+ days notice: Your gathering may be rescheduled once, subject to availability
Within 21 days: All payments made are non-refundable and the gathering is non-transferable
Within 7 days: Full payment is retained and the gathering is non-transferable

All payments are non-refundable due to the preparation, planning, and energetic investment involved.

Guest Count & Final Details

Gatherings are designed for 6-8 guests
Pricing remains the same regardless of guest count within this range
Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to your gathering

Location & Outdoor Events

Outdoor gatherings are weather-dependent.

In the case of unsafe weather, your gathering will be rescheduled or moved indoors (if available)
Adjustments due to weather do not qualify for refunds

Timing & arrival

To honor the integrity of the experience:

All guests are expected to arrive on time
Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience
Session time will not be extended

Energetic Alignment

CAYA Holistic Healing reserve the right to decline or discontinue an experience if it is no longer energetically aligned.

In this case, any payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
