In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, do more, and stay disconnected from our bodies, The Journey Within Series was created as an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Each monthly experience is designed to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and deeper self-awareness through a blend of chakra education, somatic healing practices, beginner-friendly embodiment movement, guided meditation, breathwork, and intentional ritual.
During warmer months, we gather outdoors near the river whenever possible — allowing nature, fresh air, grounding, and stillness to become part of the healing experience. As the seasons shift, sessions transition indoors to create the same sense of safety, connection, and restoration within the studio space.
While each class can absolutely be attended as a stand-alone experience, the series itself is intentionally designed as a progressive journey through the chakra system — beginning with grounding and safety and expanding into creativity, confidence, compassion, authentic expression, intuition, and inner connection.
This is not about perfection, flexibility, or performance.
It is about coming home to yourself.

The Journey Within Series is intentionally created to be welcoming, accessible, and supportive for every participant.
No yoga experience, meditation experience, flexibility, or fitness background is required to attend. Every movement practice includes modifications and supportive options, allowing you to participate at your own comfort level and pace.

Absolutely. Each session is designed to stand alone beautifully while also contributing to the larger chakra journey experience.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lay on. A meditation pillow or bolster is also recommended for comfort. For outdoor sessions, sunscreen, bug spray, water, and weather-appropriate clothing are encouraged.
Not at all. These experiences are beginner-friendly and designed for all bodies and experience levels.
Modifications and supportive options are always offered. You are encouraged to move in the way that feels safest and most supportive for your body.
