Held in a luxurious lakeside home on Vineyard Lake in Brooklyn, Michigan, this intimate gathering offers sacred space for rest, reflection, and energetic renewal - approximately 90 minutes from Mt. Clemens, MI. Read what to expect below!

What to expect | Day One - Arrival & Grounding
Theme: Honoring the quiet within; settling into presence.
- Welcome Ceremony with ceremonial cacao or herbal tea
- Opening Circle: self-love, setting intentions (individual and group)
- Guided grounding meditation and reflection
- Reiki-Infused Sound Bath for rest and receptivity
- Guided Journaling
- Free time to relax and settle into the space
What to expect | Day Two - Awakening the flame
Theme: Rekindling passion, heart, and purpose.
Morning:
- Gentle movement
- Heart-centered meditation and breathwork
- Journaling circle with optional sharing
Afternoon:
- Small-group Reiki healing sessions (30 minutes each)
- Creative breakout experiences (playful, intuitive, and soul-led)
Evening:
- Fire or candlelight ceremony
- Sound healing focused on the Sacral & Heart Chakras
What to expect | Day three - Integration
Theme: Choosing softness, clarity, and soulful action
- Sunrise or early-morning meditation
- Closing journaling practice
- Closing circle: insights, gratitude, & integration
- Farewell ritual
Nourishment & Food Plan
Day One - Community Charcuterie Night
Each women will sign up to bring a themed charcuterie board (examples: cheese & crackers, sweet & salty, cookies, breads & spreads). This will serve as our dinner and evening snacks.
Day Two
- Breakfast: Provided (based off of practicality & overall group desires)
- Dinner: Provided (variety of pizzas; dietary needs confirmed after acceptance)
Day Three
- Breakfast: Provided (dietary preferences will be discussed once all participants are accepted)
