Reiki Infused Sound Journey

75-minute group experience
Join us for a deeply restorative Reiki Infused Sound Journey - a sacred 75-minute experience designed to calm your nervous system, realign your energy, and restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.
Relax in Shavasana on blankets and/or yoga mats as the session begins with crystal singing bowls and guided meditation. Allyson then weaves Reiki energy individually for each participant while Jenni continues playing the healing instruments. As the session flows, Allyson joins Jenni in an immersive sound experience, moving through the room with Koshi chimes, Tibetan brass bowls, and/or drums to bring the healing vibrations closer to you.
We close with three group oms and an optional tea and conversation in the lobby.
