Reclaiming Your Energy: Silent Reiki Hike + Women's Circle

Honoring the Full Moon in Scorpio

When: May 3rd | 12PM-3PM

Where: N. Branch Trails - near Wolcott Mill (exact address given 24 hours before the event)

Join us in sacred sisterhood as we gather in honor of the Full Moon in Scorpio — a powerful portal for release, reclamation, and deep energetic renewal. This circle is devoted to Reclaiming Your Energy — calling your power back from the places, people, and patterns that have quietly drained you.

As this potent lunar energy illuminates what has been hidden beneath the surface, you are invited to gently witness where your energy has been overextended, entangled, or given away. Through awareness and intention, you begin the process of returning to yourself — grounded, clear, and whole.

This experience begins with a silent Reiki-infused hike, offering space to disconnect from external noise and reconnect with your inner landscape. In stillness, you are invited to simply observe what arises — not to fix or force, but to witness and honor.

We then gather by the river for a guided meditation, Full Moon ritual, and space for reflection. From this place, you will be supported in releasing what no longer serves and calling your energy back home to you.

Together, we close in a grounded and heart-centered circle, anchoring into clarity, connection, and self-trust. This is a deeply cleansing and empowering experience — a return to your natural state of wholeness.

You can expect a warm, supportive space where every woman is held with care. Whether you are feeling energetically drained, seeking clarity, or simply craving re-connection with yourself, this circle is an invitation to come home.

No prior experience is needed — just come as you are, with an open heart and willingness to receive

Sacred Waters: A Reiki-Infused Sound Bath by the river

When: Sunday May 31st | 1:00-2:15PM

Where: North Branch Trails; near Wolcott Mill

Crossroads 29 mile & Kunstman rd.

Step into a sacred pause… held by water, sound, and earth.

Join us for a Reiki-infused outdoor sound bath experience beside the river, where the natural flow of water mirrors your own invitation to release, soften, and return to balance.

We will begin with a gentle, grounding meditation, allowing your body to settle into the earth as the sounds of crystal singing bowls and the rhythms of nature guide you inward. From there, you will be held in a Reiki healing experience, where energy is intuitively offered to support emotional, physical, and energetic alignment.

As the journey deepens, we transition into an immersive soundscape. Together, Jenni and I will weave layers of sound using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and chimes—each vibration designed to harmonize the body and quiet the mind.

We will close with a short, integrative meditation to gently guide you back, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and restored.

Held outdoors, this experience invites you to receive not only sound and energy healing, but also the natural medicine of flowing water, fresh air, and the earth beneath you. You may occasionally hear distant voices or movement from nearby paths or across the river—these elements are simply part of the living landscape, offering an opportunity to deepen your presence within the moment.

What to know:

  • A short walk is required from the parking lot to the river
  • Bathrooms are available on-site
  • Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or lawn chair for your comfort
  • Wear comfortable clothing and consider layers

Come as you are, and allow yourself to be gently held in a space of sound, stillness, and sacred restoration.

When: Coming Soon | This Spring & Summer

Where: Location will be shared as it gets closer

Into Stillness is a 1.5 hour, women-only outdoor experience designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and energetic recalibration through nature.

This experience is not about distance, pace, or performance. It is a moving meditation held in quiet connection with the earth, your breath, and your inner landscape.
