A 1-hour women-only outdoor experience to regulate the nervous system, reconnect to the body, and return to inner stillness through nature, silence, and gentle energetic healing.

Into Stillness is a guided forest bath experience woven with silent walking, Reiki energy healing, and grounding meditation by the river.
Unlike a traditional hike or class, there is no destination to reach and no performance to achieve. The experience is intentionally slowed down so your nervous system can soften, your awareness can expand, and your body can recalibrate in nature’s rhythm.
Silence is held for most of the hike to support deep presence and sensory awareness. At the river, we gather in stillness for a guided meditation designed to integrate the experience and support inner grounding.

Into Stillness is inspired by this practice and layered with silent Reiki and guided meditation to deepen the experience of grounding and energetic alignment.

We begin by gathering at the trailhead for a short orientation. You’ll learn what to expect, how silence will be held, and have space for any questions.
From there, we enter a slow, silent 1-mile loop forest bath hike. You are invited to move at a natural, unforced pace and gently notice the sensations of your body, breath, and surroundings.
Reiki energy healing is woven throughout the walk in a subtle, supportive way.
At the end of the trail, we arrive at the river where you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation to help integrate the experience.
Afterward, you are welcome to leave quietly or linger in stillness before returning to your day.
